1. Order Processing Time
1.1. All orders are processed within 5-14 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 23:59 P.M. will be processed the next business day.
1.2. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates depend on the shipping option selected and the destination.
2.2. We offer the following shipping options:
United Kingdom:
- Free Standard Shipping: When customers spend over £40 - 5-10 working days.
- Standard Rate Shipping: £2.97 - 5-10 working days.
EU:
- Free Standard Shipping: When customers spend over £50 - 5-10 working days.
- Standard Rate Shipping: £3.97 - 5-10 working days.
International:
- Standard Shipping (International): £4.97. Delivery times vary based on location, generally within 14 business days.
2.3. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international shipments), or other unforeseen factors.
3. International Shipping
3.1. We do ship worldwide. If your have any problems, please contact us to inquire about shipping availability.
3.2. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
4. Order Tracking
4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.
4.2. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
5. Shipping Delays
5.1. Winnas Circle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. Delays can occur due to various factors, including customs, weather, holidays, or global events. We will do our best to notify you of any expected delays.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
6.1. It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you provide an incorrect shipping address or incomplete information, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
6.2. If you realize you have entered incorrect shipping details, please contact us immediately at winnascircle.clothing@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your information if the order has not yet been processed.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
7.1. Winnas Circle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
7.2. If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us at winnascircle.clothing@gmail.com and we will help where possible.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
8.1. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. You will be responsible for the reshipment fees.
9. Split Shipments
9.1. In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments (especially if different items have varying availability). You will receive tracking information for each separate shipment.

At Winnas Circle, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges in accordance with the following terms.
We do FREE RETURNS within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at winnascircle.clothing@gmail.com. We will provide your shipping label and it is all FREE within 14 days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please attach an image to the email and CC it "DAMAGE RETURN".
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as boxers, socks & caps, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 24 hours, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
